WHAT DOES PAMPAS MEAN?
Pampas (n) are the large plains of South America
ARE YOU A CHAIN?
While we share our name with several Churrascarias around the world, Pampas Palo Alto is an independent restaurant. We cannot accept coupons from any other “Pampas” restaurant.
CAN I TAKE HOME WHAT I DON’T FINISH?
Leftover rodizio and sidebar cannot be taken to go. We will happily package all ala carte items to go.
DO YOU OFFER VALET PARKING?
Due to city restrictions, we are unable to offer valet parking. However, Palo Alto offers ample free parking. There is a free garage at 528 High Street, only a few steps away from Pampas.
WHAT IS THE CORKAGE FEE?
Our corkage fee is $25/bottle, with a maximum of 4 bottles per reservation (not including private events). For each additional bottle purchased from Pampas, we will waive a corkage fee. Liquor and beer cannot be brought in.
CAN I BRING MY OWN CAKE?
Guests are free to bring in any store-bought dessert. We will happily present and cut cakes. There is a $2/per person fee for any desserts (cookies, cakes, cupcakes, etc) consumed in the restaurant.
DO YOU ALLOW CHILDREN?
We happily serve families of all sizes, and have highchairs available. Due to space restrictions, we can not permit strollers in our dining room.
ARE YOU HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?
We have a lift that can bring guests to any of our three floors. If you prefer to be seated on the main level, please contact the restaurant in advance of your visit for accommodations.
CAN WE SPLIT THE CHECK?
Upon request, we will split the check onto a maximum of 3 cards per reservation.
